Phillip Shero made a career out of one question: why do people do what they do at work? He chased it through a doctorate in organizational leadership at Regent University, and he has spent more than twenty years answering it for real Texas companies as a coach, consultant, and president of MasterMinds Leadership in Fort Worth.
