These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, courses, communications, customer support, and other services provided by Texas Real Estate Academy ("TREA," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Service Overview

TREA provides real estate education, online courses, enrollment assistance, learner support, account services, and related communications. Availability and features may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use services that require registration or payment. You agree to provide accurate information and to protect your account credentials. False, incomplete, or unauthorized account information may result in restricted or terminated access.

3. Privacy and Data Use

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Permitted Use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware or spam, commit fraud, or violate applicable laws or regulations.

6. Fees, Enrollment, and Payments

Prices and payment terms are presented during enrollment or purchase. Additional enrollment, completion, refund, and course requirements may appear in the applicable Enrollment Agreement. Failure to make a required payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

The services and their content, course materials, logos, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property are owned by TREA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, or distribute them without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may use or link to third-party platforms. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. TREA is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful behavior, misuse of the services, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens TREA, its learners, or its systems.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available." TREA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that participation in a course will produce a particular licensing, employment, income, or business result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TREA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will identify the current version. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
