As Broker/Owner of All Cities Realty, Michelle's team is focused on helping their clients find their dream home so that they can get on with the more important things in life. She also has a team that specializes in investment portfolio property and a ranch division.
Her teams specialize in Luxury Residential, Farm & Ranch, Raw Land, and First Time Home Buyers. Michelle is big on education and coaching so that her agents are equally successful when her office has represented buyers and sellers worked with developers, helped investors find instant equity, and equine lovers' homes for their ponies.
Michelle has successful experience: As a prior loan officer, former analyst, leasing agent, and certified mineral manager - and Michelle candidly has been the single greatest advocate propelling David to launch TREA. as a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Michelle has a keen and insightful view on public policy and real estate topics.

When she is not helping clients buy and sell real estate, She is enjoying life with her husband and 2 teenage daughters. They attend First Methodist in Mansfield, enjoy gardening. For relaxation, Michelle will rent a boat and drive it to the middle of the lake, and chill by herself.
David Offutt
Instructor
David is an Educator who is an advocate for the success of his clients. David loves learning, sales, and success. David attributes TREA's success to overcome being in the wrong place at the right time. See, David started life as a classically trained economist.
in the Dotcom days, David went from grad school to a high rise working as an analytic mercenary. Crunching numbers all day crushed his spirit and he reluctantly returned to Sales. Now, David will tell you that returning to sales was the greatest misfortune in his business life. David loves people and sees successful sales as a power skill, to be used for good.
David is published, engaging, and grateful that his first business is successful enough to be able to focus the God-given skills and talents as an educator to start TREA. David is still an economist and teaches the importance of Real Estate agent in the marketplace.
Amanda Thomas
Instructor
Amanda has an extensive corporate business background and specializes in residential and investment real estate. Her passion lies within developing people and processes to perfect the real estate experience for consumers who expect their Realtor and Broker to be as tech-savvy and professional as they are! Amanda holds an MBA in marketing and enjoys rounding her career by teaching various graduate and undergraduate level courses in Marketing. These courses include Consumer Behavior; Technology Applications & eMarketing; eMarketing and, Marketing High Technology Products. Her established relationships and local experience, combined with unique industry resources provide a unique advantage to her students.
A native Texan, conversant in Spanish, and active in both community affairs and public schools, Amanda and her family enjoy residing in Plano and exploring the beauty of North Texas. Amanda's professional background is rich in the field of Direct Marketing and has been inclusive across elements of Marketing / IT, graphic design, and database administration.
Prior to real estate, Amanda provided marketing services within the financial services and telecom industries. To navigate the complex decisions involved in today's real estate market requires the guidance of a professional. As a broker, Amanda's focus is on dedicated and passionate about providing quality service and emphasizes a timely, reliable performance coupled with accountability and enthusiasm. Amanda provides her students with the content they need to be the top real estate sales resources.
